Brenda Descamps - CEO

Brenda Descamps is nationally recognized as an accomplished speaker, trainer, consultant, and Executive / Leadership Coach. With over 20 years of learning and development experience, Brenda has worked with a wide-variety of businesses and industries throughout the United States in the areas of:  leadership development, communication skills, strategic planning, customer service, conflict resolution, problem solving, and diversity.  She is well-known for her ability to assist senior leaders in identifying and developing future talent and improving performance results. She is also a published author, with her work appearing on the website YourTango. 


She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri State University in Organizational Communication and is a MBTI® Master Practitioner, Board Certified Executive / Leadership Coach, Six Sigma Green Belt, Development Dimensions International facilitator, and DiSC facilitator.


Mike Descamps - Managing Partner

When it comes to understanding organizational issues and developing leaders, Mike Descamps is the person your organization needs.  Mike has 30 years of experience in the transportation industry.  He has 20 years of management experience and specializes in operations and facilities management, which includes safety, employee performance management, training and development, customer service.  He is also an accomplished facilitator and a certified Development Dimensions International trainer.


As the president and managing partner of Performance Concepts, Inc., Mike has provided consulting services and customized training to various industries in Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Oregon, Iowa, Nebraska and Louisiana in the areas of  leadership development, talent development, individual and organizational communications, conflict prevention and resolution, performance management, and root cause analysis.
